The CityLife Card is the lifeline that connects consumers with the best locations in the city and provides them with special discounts on merchandise. The card allows CityLife members to be the first to know about the latest information in the city, read reviews by peers, and get the best deals in the City.

What are Hot Spots?
Hot Spots are either places in the city you like to visit or merchants you are interested in visiting. By selecting these places as Hot Spots, you will be updated on deals from these merchants. With Hot Spots, there is no need to search the newspaper for the best deals; they are delivered to you.

What is the Newsroom?
The Newsroom is the section where CityLife Members are able to stay updated with current affairs.

How do I invite friends to CityLife?
Inviting friends to CityLife is simple. Just go to the Invite Friends tab on your consumer page. Either invite a friend by typing their email address or invite a group of friends from your address book.

How do I send a message to a friend?
To send a message to a friend, just go to your Friends Tab and select the friend to whom you want to send a message. When the circle is grey, your friend is not online. When the circle is green, your friend is online. You can send a message to a friend, a group of friends, or all of your friends in CityLife.

What is the Mutual Interest icon?
The Mutual Interests icon represents a collection of CityLife Members who share similar interests and hobbies.

How do I change my account information?
You can change your account information by selecting edit in the My Profile Tab.

What is the Tools Tab?
The Tools Tab is where you can create applications to customize your CityLife profile. Select the widget box under My Tools section, and insert some of the cool widgets into your page.

What is the Promotion box ?
The Promotion box is where promotions from your favorite merchants will automatically populate if they are one of your Hot Spots.

How do I update what I am doing in the City?
Just type your update in the box on your Consumer Home Page and press update.

How do I use my Coupons?
Print coupon and take it to the merchant location with your CityLife Card and redeem for discount. Offers are valid at location and must be redeemed by specific date on coupon.

What are CityLife Bonus points?
You earn bonus points for everyone that registers based upon your referral from your CityLife Invite.

What do I get with Bonus Points?
Based on your amount of points you can receive cool prizes each month.

What are Super Deals?
These are deals that you have located within CityLife and want to pass on to your friends.

What is the Wishlist?
Tired of getting gifts from friends and family that you do not really want. Take the time to create a Wish List on CityLife and have them see what you really want and where to get it from.

How long does it take to get my citylife card?
It typically takes about 7-10 business days to receive the card in the mail.

How do I subscribe to a Merchant's Newsletter?
Go to that merchant's CityLife page and select subscribe to newsletter and you will start receiving the newsletter under the newsletter tab on your home page. You can make comments and delete newsletters from the tab as well.

I do not see one of my favorite places in the City?
Please email us with the information and we will contact the merchant and express that we have CityLife Members that would like to see them added.

Can CityLife cards be used as a Fundraiser?
Give us an email and we will be more than happy to work with non profit organizations. Helping others in the community is a core goal at CityLife and we will be delighted to help.

Do you pay for Referrals ?
We believe in a Stimulus Package for both Merchants and Members.Merchants that refer other merchants get a free month of service added on to their account. The new merchant would just need to select that merchant as a referral.
Member's that refer Merchants or Members to the site get bonus points once they set up an account.The ultimate bragging rights and lets just say the person with the most points wins..
